Booz Allen’s cyber clients include more than 80% of the federal government and 23 of the top Fortune 100 financial, global, pharma, oil and gas, and utility companies. The new contract makes Booz Allen the SEC’s major provider of cybersecurity services.Īccording to Booz Allen, the firm was selected because of its understanding of the agency’s mission, and its reputation for delivering modernized cyber defenses for federal and commercial clients. Technology consultancy Booz Allen Hamilton has won a 10-year contract worth $113 million from the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) to provide modernized cyber defense operations support.
